Last week, while at Target, I wandered into the laundry aisle to grab some dryer sheets, which I had been out of for two weeks. Instead, I bought this bar that sticks on the inside of the dryer and lasts for about two months (although, at the rate I do laundry, it will probably only last a week).
When I got home, I sprinted into the garage and stuck it in the dryer and thought, "I can't wait to do laundry and see if this works!"
And then I went in my closet and cried into a box of chocolate.

That's okay. I got excited over the new Spray N Wash. Because it saved a white shirt from a ruinous stain.
Do you think we need to run away to Vegas? You know, to save our sanity?
Last week my husband cleaned out the dryer vent, including a new vent hose, vacuuming out the hole in the wall, a Martha Stewart-esque dryer vent cleaning. We have been dying to wash a load of towels to see how quickly they will dry!
And let me know about that dryer bar. I've heard they don't stick and proceed to bang around the inside of the dryer. But I'm sure that won't happen with yours!
Don't feel bad! I told my mom that I wanted this special "glass top oven cleaning pad" and couldn't find it anywhere. She gave me one during their last visit and I've never been happier. Cleaning with good tools makes me jubilant. And that's pretty damn pitiful, isn't it. At least you're not alone!
oooh, let me know! (seriously, I'm sad too)
Girl, I know the feeling! And I really want to know how that thing works. Please update.
i hear all dryer sheets (except method ones) are bad for your skin (chemicals, lanolins and garbage and such) so i don't use them. because my target doesn't carry the method ones.
you could just save yourself the hassle and not care if your clothes are static free and soft. i'm used to it.
I've had that same feeling. I (still) get excited when it comes to vacuuming with our Dyson and dusting with microfiber cloths. Exciting and pathetic.

This is hilarious. What have we become??? Um, by the way, let me know how the bar works.

LOL! Sounds good to me too!
At the rate I do laundry, it would last me a year.
Yes, really.
